The lleveza 2026 Ambassador Program (the "Program") is offered by DigitalDenture + Implants with four participating practices: One Dental Specialties (Los Angeles), Haven Cosmetic Dentistry and Implant Center (Rancho Cucamonga), Michael Gu, DDS, Inc. (Arcadia) and Digital Denture + Implants (Hesperia). Care is provided by the licensed dentists at each practice.
The offer Ambassadors receive up to 50% off their quoted lleveza full arch restoration fee, per arch. Standard lleveza fees range from $13,999 to $25,999 per arch, depending on your care needs. Your discount is set at your consultation and depends on your treatment plan, so not every ambassador receives 50% off. You'll see your standard fee and your ambassador fee in writing before treatment begins.
What the discount covers The discount applies to the lleveza restoration fee only. Bone grafting and related procedures are not part of the restoration fee and are quoted separately.
Who can take part The Program is open to adults 18 and older who are seeking a lleveza restoration or a denture solution and who complete a consultation at a participating practice. A dentist decides whether lleveza is right for you based on a clinical evaluation. Not everyone is a candidate.
Free consultation Program applicants receive a consultation at no cost, including a 3D CT scan, full-mouth x-rays and an exam with a dentist (a $200 value). The free consultation is for patients seeking a lleveza or denture solution. These services are not billed to your dental insurance. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment.
What ambassadors agree to To receive the ambassador fee, you sign two forms at the practice: a HIPAA authorization to use your photos, video and statements in lleveza marketing, and a Patient Testimonial and Media Release. Together they cover before and after photos and a short video interview about your experience. Your materials may appear on lleveza.com, on social media (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok), in paid ads (including Meta, YouTube, Google and TikTok) and in printed materials. We identify ambassadors by first name, last initial, age and practice. You're free to share your honest opinion, positive or not. Every ambassador story we publish states that the patient received a reduced fee through the Program.
Your choice Signing the forms is voluntary. Treatment is available at the standard fee whether or not you join the Program. You may revoke your authorization in writing at any time by emailing info@lleveza.com. Revoking stops future use but cannot recall materials already published or shared.
Limits and end date The Program is limited to the first 100 patients who sign a treatment agreement and both forms above, across all four practices. It ends December 31, 2026, or when 100 spots are filled, whichever comes first. One ambassador fee per patient. The ambassador fee cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
Warranty Ambassador restorations carry the same Limited Lifetime Framework Warranty as every lleveza restoration. Coverage terms are listed at lleveza.com/lifetime-guarantee.
